Practice Manager

Due to growth, we are in need of a full-time Practice Manager to lead our administrative operations and provide direct support to the senior leadership team.

The Role

We are looking for detailed, reliable and thoughtful talent with strong managerial acumen to drive operational efficiency, build upon our culture and work with our leaders to facilitate company initiatives. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the following key areas:

Office Administration

  • Day to day management of administrative operations, including supervising the administration and finance teams
  • Leading IT transformation and associated systems upgrades
  • Managing Human Resources processes including employee development, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding and salary reviews
  • Delivering regular reporting, including monitoring and tracking KPIs
  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities to improve both internal and external business processes
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks, as required, including assisting with internal budgets and project management

Executive Assistance

  • Delivering comprehensive administration and coordination support to the senior leadership team
  • Leading the planning and delivery of internal (team based) and external (client facing) events
  • Regularly communicating team-wide announcements or updates at the direction of the leadership team

Key to Your Success

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and enhance administrative operations within a client service driven organisation
  • Focus on continuous improvement, with a strong track record of implementing process improvements, technologies and internal systems which drive performance
  • Confident and engaging communication skills, with demonstrated capacity to engage, motivate and foster productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite and various SaaS apps or databases
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills, enabling the precise management of a demanding and complex workload
  • A contagiously positive and dedicated work ethic
  • Interested in tech and the accounting sector
  • Relevant degree or admin qualifications will be highly regarded, but are not essential
