What does role entail?

We don’t believe in boundaries and we’ll be encouraging you to explore your potential.  Of course, we will make sure you have the tools, mentorship and learning opportunities in order for you to achieve this.

Everyday represents a different challenge but can include:
· Writing communications to the team & client base
· Co-ordinating workflow, staff, events and various admin projects
· Updating clients records across several CRMs
· Maintaining information on our cloud system such as training materials
· Managing the setup of corporate entities
· Various copywriting from time to time
· Tech troubleshooting
& anywhere else you can lend your talents!

How will you succeed?

To be successful with Fullstack, you’ll definitely have a hunger for learning. You’ll possess a can do attitude teamed with loads of initiative. You’ll be polished and professional but friendly and down to earth.

You will possess strong attention to detail skills and solid planning, organisation and time management skills. You’ll also be accountable for your actions and understand the need to be discrete and treat clients with the utmost of integrity.

    Skills, attributes and competencies required:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, law or similar or working towards
  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in working in customer facing roles
  • The ability to draft emails, manage projects and develop great relationships with business owners
  • Customer service experience, public speaking & writing experience
