With 4+ years’ experience, you will have completed your studies with a view to carry these over to our firm. As an experienced accountant with excellent customer service skills, you will eventually be the key point of contact for approximately 200+ clients.

You are a values based leader and inspire your team by getting in the trenches when necessary. Additionally, you possess all of the necessary soft skills; be hardworking, motivated, enthusiastic and curious as well as have the capabilities to develop your technical skills.

You will possess strong attention to detail and solid planning, organisation and time management skills. You’ll also be accountable for your actions and understand the need to be discrete and treat clients with the utmost of integrity.

Skills, attributes and competencies required:
• A relevant bachelor’s degree in commerce or similar
  Completed CA/CPA studies or near completion
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting firms
• Exposure to tax technical issues would be preferable as this role is within the tax services team in business advisory
• Customer service experience, public speaking & writing experience
